The dilemma

The reporting portal is open in one browser tab. Your footage is open in another. Filing means your name, or at least your account, becomes part of a public record about something you still cannot explain. Not filing means the only copy lives on your phone, and the only witness is you.

Your options

1. File the report properly. What you saw should be on the record.
2. Show it to a couple of people you trust first, just to check you are not losing it.
3. Keep it to yourself. It happened to you, and that is enough.
