No one's watching.

You saw everything. A cyclist is on the ground and the driver isn't stopping. What you do in the next few seconds will change more than you expect.

You're walking home late at night through a quiet intersection. A car blows through a red light and hits a cyclist, sending them skidding across the pavement. The car speeds off without stopping. The cyclist is on the ground, conscious but clearly hurt. A few other people are nearby but nobody seems to have processed what just happened.
